Limitation on liability
AyurTreatment is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.AyurTreatment reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. This Agreement is an understanding between AyurTreatment and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Medical waiver
By choosing to receive treatment from Ayutreatment and our Vaidya through our online platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms : * I willingly consent to engage in treatment with our Vaidya after being informed of the limitations of Ayurvedic medicine and the traditional nature of the treatments offered. I have the right to ask questions and seek clarification regarding any aspect of the treatment process.* I understand that Ayurvedic treatments may involve the use of herbs, dietary recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and other natural remedies. While Ayurveda aims to promote holistic healing and balance in the body, there may be inherent risks associated with certain treatments or interventions. Our Vaidya will endeavour to explain the potential risks and benefits of the recommended treatments to help me make informed decisions about my health.* I agree to engage in respectful and professional communication with our Vaidya during online consultations. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of the treatment relationship.    *   I understand and accept that our Vaidya is not liable for any adverse consequences, outcomes, or effects resulting from the treatment provided. Ayurvedic treatment is individualized and may produce varying results based on factors such as lifestyle, genetics, and adherence to recommendations. * I agree to co-operate fully with the doctor, to follow the instructions given to me from time to time. I will be fully responsible for the complications due to not following them.
